Veteran Trial Lawyer.
Ben McGill’s practice has extended over forty years and across virtually every area of the law. His vast experience includes settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He has significant experience in every aspect of commercial law including securities, tax & structural planning, and transactional matters ranging from corporate governance to mergers and acquisitions. For the last decade of his practice he has specialized in keeping clients out of the courtroom through settlement talks and mediation—ensuring that the firm always has an eye on opportunities to resolve disputes to our clients’ satisfaction without the risks and expense of trial. But when a case does require resolution in court, his decades of experience maximize the odds that our clients will emerge victorious.
Ben is an avid martial artist.
