Mr. Duda is an accomplished trial attorney with experience in prosecuting and defending personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of trial practice and preparation for trial, including written and electronic discovery, depositions, pre-trial and post-trial motions.

Jury trial experience: Mr. Duda has served as lead counsel in approximately 50 jury trials throughout the United States. Mr. Duda has tried cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants involving the following areas of dispute:

  • automobile and motorcycle collisions
  • liquor liability (dram shop claims), and

Hobbies: Mr. Duda is an accomplished musician, a FAA licensed private pilot and motorcycle enthusiast. Mr. Duda enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time enjoying the outdoors with his dog, Lizzie.
