  • Successfully defended corporate property owner against action for pre-judgment possession of essential building infrastructure.
  • Drafted motion to exclude accident reconstruction expert opinion in personal injury case, leading to six-figure settlement.
  • Successfully argued motion for sanctions related to discovery dispute in Colorado state court.
  • Drafted successful brief opposing summary judgment in bankruptcy adversary proceeding.
  • Successfully mediated employment discrimination case filed in Colorado Civil Rights Division and federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Hobbies: Lily is an avid skier and hiker and ran her first marathon in fall, 2017.
