Mr. Smith has experience in all stages of litigation including a heavy emphasis on taking and defending depositions, and arguing points of law at hearings in front of judges across Colorado and Kentucky. During law school, Mr. Smith worked in a varied field of practices including the Fayetteville Public Defender’s Office, and the University of Arkansas’ Legal Clinic. Mr. Smith has experience independently managing and directing the litigation strategy for a heavy caseload across two states.
Mr. Smith’s approach to litigation is based on a desire to investigate, understand, and advocate zealously on behalf of his clients. Mr. Smith has had extensive experience in mediations and resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, many yielding six-figure settlements for his clients.
Unique Experience: Mr. Smith worked to comprehensively build and execute a litigation strategy which ultimately yielded a $5.5 million dollar verdict in Pueblo, Colorado.
Hobbies and interests: Mr. Smith enjoys taking day trip adventures in Colorado with his wife Blair and dog Sagan. Mr. Smith also enjoys the vibrant music scene of Denver and frequents concerts at Red Rocks.
